About the Stories and Rhymes category:
Nursery Rhymes and other Kids Stories are important Learning Tools at the Early Education level for a number of reasons. With regard to Literacy, Preschoolers and other Young Children begin to hear and recognize Linguistic patterns and words, creating a solid foundation from which Vocabulary, Reading, and Speaking Skills can grow. These tools for Early Childhood Classrooms also help young Students develop a healthy interest in Literature, as they meet vivid, interesting Characters who they want to hear more stories or Read more about. Because of the nature of reciting Nursery rhymes, they also help Children gain abilities in Rhythm and Memorization.
Those are just a few of the reasons your School or Early Childhood Program, or you as an individual Teacher who cares about providing the best Education possible, should go above and beyond to incorporate nursery rhymes and stories into the Classroom in the most Creative and fun way possible. Allowing the kids to take turns Dressing Up in colorful Costumes from Goldilocks And The Three Bears, Red Riding Hood, Little Bo Beep, Dr. Seuss, Winnie The Pooh, Sesame Street, and more will increase their enthusiasm to Participate and Learn. And keep any of these Costumes in the Dress Up Corner all year long to give your students the opportunity to incorporate these Story Characters into their Dramatic Play.
Here at School Costumes we are happy to contribute to Early Education Learning and hope that you let us know if we can make your job as an Educator easier in any way, including by providing additional costumes and Accessories we do not currently offer.
