Reading Across America

Count on School Costumes to help your School get ready for your Reading Across America celebration with Hats from Cat In The Hat and more Dr. Seuss favorites.

Working ....

In an effort to help Students get Motivated to Read and embrace Literature, many Schools celebrate Read Across America on March 2, which is the Birthday of Dr. Seuss. Part of the excitement for this special School Day is built by encouraging Children to come to Class wearing a Hat and other Costume Accessories like the ones from Cat In The Hat. Here at School Costumes, we want to be part of this Literary Movement and make the efforts of both Teachers and Parents to Teach literature and Language. We might not sell Truffula Tree products like the ones from The Lorax, but we do have a wide selection of Dr. Seuss Costumes, including that famous red and white striped hat.

From the whimsical Green Eggs And Ham to the logically categorical One Fish Two Fish, the Rhymes and vivid World of Creatures created by Seuss have helped an unimaginable number of people in the present and the past, including both Children and those looking for something fun to read to their Kids, enjoy Books, Reading, Learning, and Teaching. No wonder Dr. Seuss Books make such great Classroom Tools.

Whether your Educational Institution would like to provide Seuss Hats to all of their pupils or wants to show parents an Academia friendly website where they can purchase them (and Raise Funds for the school at the same time), this is the perfect place to get ready for Read Across America day.

The NEA (National Education Association) is right to point out “Oh The Places You’ll Go” when you open a book.
